Q: Do I pay sales tax?
A: We will collect sales tax on all purchases sent within the state of New York. The current rate is 8.875% of the price of the merchandise; shipping costs are not taxable.
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: You card is charged when the order is placed.
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as the order has not shipped. Custom and special orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order online. To cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order confirmation number.
Q: When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
A: In stock items usually ship within two to five business days from the date your order is placed. You should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location. Once your order ships you will be sent the tracking number, to track your shipment.
Q: Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
A: Of course! When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it is different from the billing address. Please note, however, that we cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that we do not ship any orders to P.O. Boxes.
Q: Do we ship internationally?
A: Sorry, we are not currently set up to ship orders internationally.
Q: Do we keep your information?
A: Yes, we keep the information you provide us for our records only. All information collected is for the sole purpose of filling orders and to enhance your shopping experience. We will never sell your information to third parties.
Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes, you are shopping on a secure website. The only access to your credit card would be to issue a refund.
